	[Task=MikeR] Make houston's calendar.  Add Jen in May.
	Tasks for the Houstons?  
		Find Kira at 11.  Help close register.  Take money and count downstairs.
		Make sure Kira has list of Houstons.
		Be Available to help with whatever.
		Talk with any Coordinators at the dance each night.  
		Know general set up details in case things running late.
	
2)	Post Minutes on Officer Reports on Forums.  Post Decisions, major tasks.  Checkin spot.

3)	Half year report for the Syndicate.  Avg. Numbers.  

4)	Website Design Bids
	Request for bids on website, forums, listservs.  Need to post to Craigslist.  Deadline Feb. 28th.
	[Task=MikeR] Post request on Craigslist.  
	Choosing the designer:  How can we make it Unbaised?  
		Ask for feedback from Dedicated members of the scene
		Final Vote by the Board (minus Laura and Mike R)
		
		[Decision] Get bids.  Board looks at them.  If 2 or more are close calls then board will go outside for feedback.

5)	Location Of DJ Equipment
	Do we want to permanently move the Sound equipment to the floor?
	Hiring a sound guy to help?  Possibly Move speakers around to help sound.  Move all speakers to one side?
	Moving DJ cart to floor is Risky, shouldn't lift it off stage every week over extended period of time.
	Most attendees don't care either way.
	[Task=Scott] Talk to Bob about where we could possibly store the cart for a few months while testing out the setup.
	Discussion tabled till we find out from Bob what's possible.
	
6)	Lost and Found
	[Decision] Announce that lost and found will be donated at end of month.  Announce lost and found.  Request people to come ask about there lost items.  Give a two weeks to pick up stuff.
		Then Announce that we will lay out everything on a Thursday for people to pick up.
		
7)	MC's. 
	Most DJ's plus Matt Stephans willing to MC in regular rotation. 
	Need someone to Coordinate Announcements that they'd be giving.  Schedule Rotation.
	Part of Social Coordinator's duties?
	Announcements: upcoming events, DJs, Side Rooms, Announce new classes at FotF/TLP
	9:30, 10:30, birthday jam
	Run games/contests when we have them.

8)	Swing Central
	[Task=Martin] Email Central Market contact.
	
9)	Need list of people Comp'd in to dance: Matt J, Laura, Nathan, Matt S.
	[Task=Karri] Ask Tina about who are comp'd and how long.

10)	Go Dance:  Need 75 people at member rate before making money from the event.  [Task=Scott]Ask about it being BYOB

11)	Old & Broken equipment
	Should we sell/fix it?
	[Decision] Announce to Syndicate people that we're selling equipment.

12) Coordinators
	Social Coordinator (meet 'n greet committee).  Possible coordinators/volunteers: Matt Stephans, Clint, Craig, Patrick, Josh E.
		Meet 'n greet - 40ish people.  10 show up once a month.  2 hours meeting lots of people, even out basic class.
			Asking the higher level students at FotF, TLP to be a part of it.
		Meet 'n greet games:

13)	Fan
	New fan is too small. [Decision] Keep it.
	Find used industrial size fans.  Need new one by may at the latest.
	
14)	Staggered Boards ideas
	Reelect half board every 6months.  [not going this route]
	[Decision] 2ish month learning months.  New Board shows up to meetings with old board for last 2ish months of our Board.
	[Decision] (Re)Appoint Coordinators every June.
			
15) Tabling Line dances, Google Docs, Advisory Panel.

16) New Member Packets [Task] Start online discussion.

17) Membership Drives
	Talk to Matt Stephans about ideas for drives.
		Have Membership Chair checking members [Task=Jen]ask JP about doing this.
		Talk up the Anniversery Dance, Members get in free.
	Online Membership Registration.  Add to discussion of new website.

18)	[Task=MikeR] Coupon for UT group.

19) Austin Blues Party
	[Task=MikeR] Let them know that we are waiting on Go Dance.
