Talk with any Coordinators at the dance each night. Know general set up details in case things running late. 2) Post Minutes on Officer Reports on Forums. Post Decisions, major tasks. Checkin spot. 3) Half year report for the Syndicate. Avg. Numbers. 4) Website Design Bids Request for bids on website, forums, listservs. Need to post to Craigslist. Deadline Feb. 28th. [Task=MikeR] Post request on Craigslist. Choosing the designer: How can we make it Unbaised? Ask for feedback from Dedicated members of the scene Final Vote by the Board (minus Laura and Mike R) [Decision] Get bids. Board looks at them. If 2 or more are close calls then board will go outside for feedback. 5) Location Of DJ Equipment Do we want to permanently move the Sound equipment to the floor? Hiring a sound guy to help? Possibly Move speakers around to help sound. Move all speakers to one side? Moving DJ cart to floor is Risky, shouldn't lift it off stage every week over extended period of time. Most attendees don't care either way. [Task=Scott] Talk to Bob about where we could possibly store the cart for a few months while testing out the setup. Discussion tabled till we find out from Bob what's possible. 6) Lost and Found [Decision] Announce that lost and found will be donated at end of month. Announce lost and found. Request people to come ask about there lost items. Give a two weeks to pick up stuff. Then Announce that we will lay out everything on a Thursday for people to pick up. 7) MC's. Most DJ's plus Matt Stephans willing to MC in regular rotation. Need someone to Coordinate Announcements that they'd be giving. Schedule Rotation. Part of Social Coordinator's duties? Announcements: upcoming events, DJs, Side Rooms, Announce new classes at FotF/TLP 9:30, 10:30, birthday jam Run games/contests when we have them.
