	Mike S. - Got equipment Quotes.
		Speaker might be fixable.
		Use Projector budget on Fan and Speakers.
		[Decision] Get the Big Fan.  [Task=MikeS] Find affordable Fan.  Measure the Old fan.
		One Busted Speaker.  Two Speakers in basement. Same size as large ones.  Concern that they're big and hard to lift.
		[Decision] Try old speaker out.  If it doesn't work then see if broken one is fixable.  If not, buy new speaker ASAP.
		[Task=Scott,Keith] Figure out game plan for new/fixing speaker issue.
		Keith thinks next step should be to get new cases to separate DJ equipment from amp to make it easily moveable.  
		[Decision] Separate DJ equipment from amp a la Keith's idea.
		[Task=Keith,Jennifer] Keith, figure out what needed to separate equipment. Tell Jen what we need to buy. Keith separate stuff and tape things so we know what goes where.
